Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
In short: ACCDB Studio does not collect, transmit, or share any data.
Your databases
The databases you open are read and edited only on your Mac. Their content is never sent anywhere. Files are written only when you save, export, or create them.
Data stored on your Mac
To work as expected, the app keeps a few preferences in its own folder on your Mac:
- your settings (language, appearance, text size, backup, CSV separator);
- the list of recently opened databases;
- the locations you chose for the source files of linked tables.
These files never leave your Mac and are removed when you delete the app and its data.
No network, no tracking
ACCDB Studio does not connect to the internet. It contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking code, and it does not use third-party services. The only links that open a web page are the ones you choose from the Help menu, which open in your browser.
Purchases
If you get the app from the Mac App Store, purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. The developer receives no personal information about you from these purchases.
Support emails
If you write to support, your message and email address are used only to answer you, and are not shared with anyone.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics, or third-party fonts and scripts. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may record visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes, as described in GitHub’s privacy statement.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
